Right of revocation
4.1 You have the right to revoke (cancel) your purchase within five working days of receipt of delivered goods. You must always to return the goods to us when cancelling. The delivered goods must be in the same condition as they were delivered to you. The return must be to our address and in sufficient quality packaging and with postage fully paid. Returned items sent with insufficient postage are not accepted.
4.2 In the case of delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications (e.g. bespoke Software or Hardware) or clearly tailored to your specific needs, or for delivery of audio or video recordings or software, there is no right of withdrawal when the package has been unsealed by you .
4.3 We recommend that you use a registered postal or courier service for the returns, and retain the shipping receipt. We cannot be held liable for returns that do not reach us.
4.4 Please inform us of the return in advance and in writing to swiftdecision@live.co.uk so that we can allocate and process the returns as quickly as possible.
